Effective Date: July 27, 2026Thank you for shopping at GoodealHijab. We strive to provide high-quality Muslim clothing and hijabs. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.1. Refund Timeframe
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
  • All return requests must be submitted within this 30-day window.
2. Eligibility for ReturnsTo be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • The item must not show any signs of use, stretching, makeup, perfume, or odors.
  • Special note for hijabs and undercaps: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been worn or removed from sealed packaging.
Non-returnable items include:
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items on sale/final clearance
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Worn or used hijabs, scarves, or inner caps
3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error (wrong item shipped).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refund Process
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except in cases of our error).
5. Defective or Wrong Items
  • If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos.
  • We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
